Delivery

Items will be dispatched within 2 working days from the date of the order. 

You will receive an order confirmation, followed by a shipment notification with a tracking number once the item has left our premises.

If your order is lost or damaged we will always send out your order again completely free of charge or refund you for the items so long as they are returned to us (postage costs non-refundable). We also send our packages tracked for peace of mind.
